Welcome to OptionsDesk ("the App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OptionsDesk application for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the App.
By downloading, installing, or using OptionsDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using OptionsDesk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The App is available on macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. Feature availability may vary by platform and subscription status.
OptionsDesk offers an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription ("OptionsDesk Pro") that unlocks premium features. The subscription details are as follows:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings (Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Subscription prices may change from time to time. You will be notified of any price changes in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly identified at the point of subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
OptionsDesk is free to download and includes basic options strategy modeling with manual data entry. Pro features — including live market data, Greeks, Simulator, Portfolio, Probability, and Earnings — require an active OptionsDesk Pro subscription.
We reserve the right to modify which features are included in the free and Pro tiers at any time.

All content, features, and functionality of OptionsDesk — including but not limited to software code, design, graphics, icons, text, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of OptionsDesk and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content.
OptionsDesk is an analytical tool provided for informational purposes only. The App does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All calculations, projections, probabilities, and simulations are hypothetical and should not be relied upon as guarantees of future market performance. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Options trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
The App may display market data sourced from third-party providers. This data is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. OptionsDesk is not responsible for errors or omissions in third-party data.
Use of third-party data within the App may be subject to additional terms imposed by the data provider.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations, projections, or data displayed within the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OPTIONSDESK AND ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OptionsDesk and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective when the revised Terms are published on this page or within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
